Our new built apartment house is situated in a very quiet area on 950 m sea level. The ski arears Planai/Hochwurzen you can reach comfortably by ski bus, which you can easily board near our house. The valley station of Hochwurzen cable railway as well as the access to the toboggan run are 3 km far away and you can reach them in a few minutes by car. You can ski directly to our house. In a few minutes you can reach the centre of Rohrmoos. Our house is also an excellent initial point for cross-country skiers and hikers.

Families with children are also welcomed. During the summer the children can use our playground and a paddling pool. Further you have the possibility to have a barbecue.

Exhaustless are the leisure activities, which are offered in our region at every season.
With the new Sommercard your holidays are a real pleasure. You can make use of over 100 recreational facilities in our holiday region without costs.
Apartment consisting of 1 kitchen, 2 bed rooms en suite bathroom and toilet as well as a vestibule. Further our apartment is equipped with a shoe dryer, a free of charge internet access and TV and radio. Kitchen is furnished with electric cooker, dish washer, fridge, micro wave and coffee machine. We can also offer you roll-service from our bakery.

The rooms are equipped with bath and toilet and are bright and friendly.
In the morning we spoil you with pleasure with a rich breakfast.
Kitchen/living room is equipped with TV, radio and a free of charge internet access.

With the new summercard your holidays will be a real pleasure. You can make use of over 100 recreational facilities in our holiday region without costs. If you are guests from 25th may till 13th October 2013, you receive the summercard without further costs.

Promptly after your arrival you obtain the summercard for your endless holiday enjoyment.

The card is provided with a photo and your name. Many partner companies offer many discounts for you recreational enjoyment.

Also the children receive their own card, which authorizes them, to utilise all benefits and to attend the children programme.
