Bärentobel round

The Bärentobel is a nature reserve located near the village of Nassachmühle. 800 m past the village sign towards Nassach, there is a parking lot on the right side that serves as the starting point. The Bärentobel round leads through ecologically valuable and hardly touched ravines with impressive rock formations and a diverse plant world. Particularly notable are the many fern species that create a special forest atmosphere. Moss-covered stones and roots indicate abundant water. A gravel path leads through deciduous and mixed forests, making the round also a good tip for hot days. After the Fischbrünnele, a small spring in the middle of the forest, the path steadily rises and then leads back down through the magnificent high forest to the parking lot.

No groomed trail

Take MEX 16 to Uhingen station and bus line 918 to "Nassach Friedhof". From this stop, it is only a few meters to the start of the route.

Plan ahead and use daylight. Try to avoid dawn and dusk. Take care of animals and plants. Respect other users of forest and fields. Act prudently and considerately. Adapt your behavior to the respective situation. Safety comes first. Leave no traces such as litter and animal droppings; treat your path gently. Respect path closures and the quiet zones developed in the leisure paths concept. Observe the prohibition to enter agriculturally used areas during the vegetation period. Stay on the designated paths and avoid forest edges to help wildlife better get used to humans.
