Welcome to St. Margareten in the Rosental!

St. Margareten, located in the eastern Rosental, spoils you with a romantic setting away from main traffic routes. Along the Drava cycle path, which offers a wide range of leisure activities for families under the motto "Pure nature experience", you will find one of the most beautiful campsites in Europe, the Camping Rosental Rož.

• Largely surrounded by forest, you will find a swimming lake on the camping grounds and there are numerous opportunities for children to play, exercise and have fun. Under the motto "Physics on the playground", interesting objects have been set up in the play park of the Camping Rosental Rož, which are intended to make some of the basic rules of nature interactively experienceable.
• Hidden glacier world - a circular hiking trail in Hintergupf at the foot of the Matzen takes you back to the time of glaciers and ice.
• Table Mountain Panorama Circuit - as the name suggests, this trail starts in the center of St. Margareten and leads to the viewing point on the Gupf, from where you can see the entire Rosental.
• The craft of coopers is native here and has an old tradition in St. Margareten.
• You can find entertainment with boating, tennis, fishing, cycling and hiking and with a varied entertainment program for young and old.
