Our guesthouse and farm is located in Birnberg and belongs to the municipality of Haus im Ennstal! The Grundnerhof is quietly yet centrally located between Schladming, Haus and Ramsau.
For cross-country skiers, the well-known Nordic centre of Ramsau is only 5 km away from us and if the snow conditions allow, you can also start your cross-country skiing fun right on our doorstep.
Our rooms are very generously equipped with 32m². Wood was chosen as the most important building material. Shower and WC are separate. There is also a cosy sitting area, a couch, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a wardrobe and a terrace or balcony in your room.
We attach great importance to the fact that as many products as possible come from our own farm.
This starts at breakfast with homemade yoghurt, cream cheese, various curd cheese spreads, our own smoked sausages, freshly baked farmhouse bread and of course our own freshly milked cow's milk.
We also offer fresh fruit, sausage, cheese, muesli and everything else that belongs on the breakfast table.
For dinner you get a three or four-course menu every day. The meat comes from our naturally managed farm. In the summer we have a cosy breakfast 1 time a week.

The short stay supplement is € 5,00 per day and person, up to 3 days.
The single room surcharge is € 5.00 per day.
For cancellations made 40 days or more before arrival (for whatever reason), 30% of the total cost will be charged. Likewise, in the event of late arrival or early departure, the booked service will be charged per person per day.
The Austrian hotel regulations apply!
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 2.00 pm. If your arrival time is later than 6.00 pm, please let us know by telephone.
