Reach the staircase at the bottom of the parking lot, then cross the wall-lined path, enter the meadow and walk around the picketing area to the right (testimony to the agricultural activity of the Mas de Baume; one part was reserved for stacking, a second was used for threshing cereal grains; it was in use until the mid-20th century). Take the stairs and pass between the two low walls.

After the sheepfold, turn right into the oak wood, following the natural slabs. Leave two paths to the right and take the third. It passes the "cachette des Verriers", continues for 100 m and arrives near a charcoal-burning hut.

Take the path (follow the markings and cairns), which winds through holm and white oaks. Pass a lime kiln, a charcoal-burning hut and a dolmen. Cross the wide track leading to the Mas de Baume, climb up into the woods and pass two shepherd's turrets. Continue on stony, unstable ground. At the skilfully restored wall, take the track on the left to the outskirts of Mas de Baume.

Turn right onto the well-marked path at the edge of the wood, then cross the meadow. Cross the road and continue opposite, along the edge of another meadow. Continue along the path (lavogne on right), then cross two low walls.

Cross the track and meadow, climb the embankment opposite and follow the path to the left. It leads to the parking lot.
