All our prices are per person/day including Zillertal breakfast buffet and
plus the local tax of € 2.20 per person (from 16 years) and day.
In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, our cancellation conditions below apply.
You can pay the room bill either in cash, by debit card or by credit card. Please note that we only accept Visa or Mastercard.
Reservations are only binding with a written reservation.

Cancellation policy
It is not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the booked holiday has to be canceled or prematurely terminated:
In general, cancellations are only accepted for reservations made in writing. We ask for your understanding that the following cancellation conditions apply to us:

Summer 2025

• Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival
• From 14 days to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the cancellation costs will be charged.
• If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price.
• No show and early departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Winter 2025/2026

• Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival
• From 30 days to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
• If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price.
• No show and early departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

For more security, we offer you the option of taking out cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung when you book your holiday.
