It has become a real insider tip for paragliders - the Grubigstein in Lermoos!
Lermoos' local mountain with the Grubigstein lifts is not only worth a visit for its hiking trails, magnificent views and cosy huts. It has also become a real insider's tip for paragliders and in order to be able to inform paragliding enthusiasts accordingly, the Lermooser Bergbahnen (cable car), together with local paragliding expert Alexander Rauter, have put together their own information brochure with all the insider tips and information on take-off and landing sites, etc. The brochure is available at the Bergbahnen Langes.
A special paragliding ticket has been available from Bergbahnen Langes for some time now (to enjoy a paragliding ticket, simply show your pilot's licence). Nothing should stand in the way of a wonderful flight from Grubigstein over the Ehrwald-Lermoos-Biberwier valley basin if the wind conditions are right!
Even non-pilots can fulfil their dream of flying here and book a tandem flight. A flight from Grubigstein is always accompanied by the majestic view of the Zugspitze. You also have an unrivalled view of the Lermoos valley basin, the Mieminger mountains and, to the south, the view of the main Alpine ridge.
