The track is a multipurpose trail - feel free to try cross country skiing, fatbiking or winter hiking next to snowhoeing. This route introduces the most typical nature of the national park. The journey begins with crossing a frozen lake and dives into the snow covered forest with its small hills and ponds. At the end of the track, you can enjoy sceneries of lake Öllöri from the top of the ridge that continues almost through the whole park. You can make your excursiin even more exciting by going off the beaten track to experience snowshoeing in thick, deep snow. Have a break at the campfire site and enjoy the beautiful view over the frozen lake. The track is easy to follow and recommended to rotate counter-clockwise.

From the Hossa Visitors Centre, follow the trail that passes the playground. You will walk towards the lake Öllöri and then cross it. There are poles marking the way on the lake. After half a kilometer the trail leads into the forest and continues for a few hundred meters before reaching an intersection. When walking counter-clockwise, turn right at the intersection and continue for one kilometer to the Seipiniemi lean-to. After the campfire site the track continues in forest area for approx. three kilometers and then reaches the ridge. From the ridge, the route turns to the left and back towards the starting point.
