Galtalm

Our alpine hut is located on the sunny side of the Stubai Valley. With breathtaking views of the Serles, the Pinnistal Valley, the Elfer, and the Habicht, our terrace invites you to relax and unwind while enjoying the stunning mountain panorama.

The hut can be reached on foot via several routes:

from the valley station of Schlick 2000 in approx. 100 minutes
from the middle station Froneben in approx. 40 minutes
from the Kreuzjoch mountain station via a hiking trail in approx. 45 minutes
from the Galtalmbahn mountain station in approx. 15 minutes
E-bike charging station available!

For our overnight guests

The Galtalm is located within the municipality of Fulpmes at an altitude of 1,680 meters and cannot be reached by private car. For our overnight guests, transport to and from the hut is, of course, included.

You can conveniently park your car free of charge in Fulpmes at the Hotel Stubaierhof or at the parking area of Schlick 2000. We will then bring you to the Galtalm upon arrival and pick you up again upon departure.

Summer: via the forest road
Winter: via the forest road and from the middle station by skidoo

Important: The included shuttle service applies exclusively to regular arrival and departure in connection with your overnight stay. Additional transfers during your stay are available for an extra charge and subject to availability.

We are happy to take you to the Galtalm in our spacious minibuses (either from the Hotel Stubaierhof or the valley station of Schlick 2000) – available in summer only.
