Enzklösterle: Large loop to the Kleine Enz

The route leads from the Enzklösterle Tourist Information first downhill to the right into Freudenstädter Straße, then on the Enz Valley Cycle Path towards Freudenstadt; after a short distance, turn right at Hetschelhof to reach the Enz promenade. Here we continue following the Enz Valley Cycle Path, but soon leave it to the right to cross an Enz bridge into the Rohnbach Valley. We follow this valley for a few hundred meters, then at the fork turn left uphill along the Süßbächle towards Steingrund. At the next fork, we continue straight ahead steadily uphill to reach a hut, where we take the second path on the left to Schramberg. There we turn left onto the long-distance cycle path to travel via the "Alte Weinstraße" to Seewald-Besenfeld. From there, we keep left on the B 294 road, and after about 150 m follow the signposted cycle path to the town exit Urnagold, where we then turn right towards Hochdorf and Fünfbronn, continuing left at the next fork towards Fünfbronn. Shortly before Fünfbronn, on a right curve, we enter a forest path where we follow the green and white cycle path signage to Simmersfeld. There, we first keep left, cross the B 294, head uphill and turn right into the first forest path, then at a crossroads continue right on the "Kleinenztalsträßchen" towards Rehmühle, steadily downhill.

We cycle along the valley of the Kleine Enz past several restaurants to Calmbach and the Enz Valley Cycle Path to reach Bad Wildbad, where we follow the Panorama Road up to the mountain station of the Sommerberg cable car. Alternatively, the Sommerberg cable car can be used.

From the Sommerberg, we ride on the main cycle path first past an impressive sculpture of a capercaillie, then on the cycle path marked with a blue and white sign towards the ski lodge. After crossing the ski slope and freeride track, the cycle path continues past the Saustall hut. We then pass the Five Trees hut and the Lehenhut, continuing over a long, straight section to the Grünhütte, where the path continues right towards Kaltenbronn and Freudenstadt. We follow the right-hand of the two paths here. From the Weißenstein hut, we bypass the Wildsee in a semicircle and reach the Kreuzlehütte, where we take the second left path to the main car park at Schwarzenmiss. We continue following the cycle path signage past the Hohlohturm (Hohloh Tower) and the Kaiser Wilhelm Tower to then make a sharp left after a short climb behind the Prinzenhut, heading back to Enzklösterle, passing the Viereichen hut and the red deer enclosure to the start point of the route.

B 294 from Pforzheim to Calmbach, then onto K 4367 to Bad Wildbad, through the Meister Tunnel at the roundabout and further via district road 4367 to Enzklösterle. B 294 from the Freudenstadt direction via Poppeltal to Enzklösterle.
