Our concept aims to promote holistic wellbeing and longevity - the term used to describe healthy ageing. To this end, we offer conscious time-outs with various retreats, yoga sessions and unique experiences that touch you on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

ME TIME:
Take time for your personal ME-Time and experience yoga at special places of power or authentic alpine bathing and hikes along the path of being. The energy medicine treatments and great teachings are led by experienced coaches and trainers. You can enjoy BEING in the natural living room of the Goldener Berg.

SPA TIME:
Our Alpine Spa, renovated in 2024, not only impresses with vigorous swims in the 23-metre-long outdoor infinity pool with whirlpool function. You also have the choice between three large saunas, some with a wonderful view of the mountains. There is also a mountain cave pool terrace and indoor pool, also with a magnificent view of the Omeshorn, the local mountain. The extended relaxation rooms also look in this direction and the Swiss stone pine room in particular increases the level of relaxation thanks to the delicate scent of this wood. The fitness room and adjoining yoga and meditation room offer space for conscious movement.

TIME TO ENJOY:
Plant-based alpine cuisine with delicious vitamin bombs, detoxing with vegan-vegetarian, alkaline and ketogenic menus, through to the dishes we are familiar with: Grandma's recipes, traditionally prepared the way we've always loved them. Whichever culinary option you choose, you are sure to find a fine wine from one of Austria's largest wine cellars to accompany it. Everything is possible - nothing is a must. In winter, you can choose from 4 restaurants (1 of which has been awarded 3 toques by Gault Millau) and 2 sun terraces as part of our Dine Around half board.

MOUNTAIN TIME
Free from the crowds, get on your skis right outside the hotel and off you go: over 300 kilometers of pistes and 200 off-piste kilometers await you in Austria's largest ski area. But even without skis, you are in good hands on the Goldener Berg: Directly from the hotel, there are many kilometers of wonderful hiking trails, cross-country ski trails or Nordic walking as well as jogging trails, which are perfectly groomed every day. All of these sports in beautiful natural surroundings are easy to learn and bring joy to the heart. The snow-covered mountain panorama around the Hotel Goldener Berg is also a perfect backdrop for mediation, alpine bathing, heart and tidal hikes.
