For those who prefer a slower pace, the cross-country skiing trail passes directly by the house. There is plenty of variety off the slopes as well: the Zell Leisure Park with its ice skating rink is only a few hundred meters away, and the regional thermal spas are perfect for a relaxing soak.

While you enjoy the peace and quiet in our 5 cozy holiday apartments furnished in traditional Tyrolean country style, children have plenty of space around the farm to build snowmen and go sledding. Our dedicated playroom in the basement ensures the fun continues even after a day on the mountain.
