A warm welcome in the Gartenhotel Daxer!

Our 75-room hotel is located in Zell am See – Schmittental, 2 km above the city centre. Zell am See is a small mountain town which has around 10,000 inhabitants, located in the heart of the European sports region Zell am See – Kaprun. Schmittenhöhebahn cable cars, the Sonnenalmbahn and TrassXPress are just a 3 minute walk from our hotel.

At 1000m altitude, Gartenhotel Daxer is located in a mist-free zone on the sunny side of the valley.

Get cosy! All rooms and suites in the hotel have a shower/WC, as well as hairdryer, cable-TV, telephone, safe, balcony and terrace.

Relax and unwind in our quiet room – in our sauna or in our herbal steam bath you get to re-energise for the next day of your holiday.
Bathing fun in the heated indoor swimming pool which is 9 x 5 m and in the natural bathing pond – which is solar heated and measures 10 x 6 m (only in summer).

a substantial range of leisure activities and sports, culture, as well as an exciting nightlife.

The natural bathing pond which has solar heating (6 x 10 m), will fill you with enthusiasm. The sun terrace with its loungers provides you with an area of peace and quiet, so you can get a feel of
the mountains.

Swimming fun in the heated indoor swimming pool, which measures 9 x 5 m.
