Gästehaus Abtenau

Our guest house is located on a hill, just a 10-minute walk from Abtenau's market square, the pearl in the Lammertal. Completely renewed, it shines with its splendor over the wonderful mountains on one side and the wide valley on the other side. The hiking trail directly at our house takes you to the lift station, to the market square or into the wide Autal.

Quietly located and free from through traffic, our house stands on a 3000 m² plot. This offers space and freedom for our guests. We have also come up with a lot of ideas for our little guests so that they don't get bored, whether it's sunny or raining.

Circular hikes are also possible from here, e.g. to the Rocheralm, Egelsee, Seitenalm, Rohrhofhütte, Kneipp facility and Dachserfall, Trickelfall and much more

Excursion destinations can be reached quickly. Hallstadt, Bad Ischl, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg Zoo, Gossau Lake, many alpine pastures and mountain huts.

The large sun terrace invites you to have a drink

Wine in the evening or coffee in the afternoon. Of course you can also just relax on a sun lounger in the spacious garden

Let your soul unwind. Anyone who would like to work in the farmer's garden is always welcome.
