Circular hike from Steinbergstadion via Saubachgraben and Wimbachbauer back to Leogang center.
From Steinbergstadion in Leogang, walk towards Gasthof Wachter (Rosental 8, 5771 Leogang). Just before Gasthof Wachter, turn right and cross a small bridge towards the main road. Cross the main road and the bridge, then immediately turn right. Follow the path uphill through Saubachgraben for about 1 km before it passes Wimbachbauer after a sharp curve and then goes downhill again to the parish church of Leogang. Cross the main road once more and then return to the starting point at Steinbergstadion.

BY CAR
Coming from Saalfelden, drive along the main road into the town of Leogang. On the right side of the main road is the Ritter bakery (Leogang 82, 5771 Leogang). Turn right just behind the bakery, then immediately left again. You are now in the parking lot of the Steinbergstadion.
BY TRAIN
You can enjoy your vacation from the very start by taking the train. No traffic jam will keep you from coming to Saalfelden Leogang! Furthermore, the ÖBB timetable helps you quickly and easily find the ideal train connection to the "Leogang Steinberge" station: www.oebb.at (about a 10-minute walk to the starting point)
BY BUS
The starting point at the "Steinbergstadion" football field can be reached by the Postbus 690 (route: Saalfelden - Leogang - Hochfilzen - Fieberbrunn - St. Johann i.T.) from Saalfelden or Leogang. From the "Leogang Ortsmitte" stop, the starting point of the hike can be reached on foot within a few minutes. Further information can be found at https://fahrplan.salzburg-verkehr.at/
Parking spaces are available directly at the starting point at the Steinbergstadion in Leogang.
