From the Seepark in St. Martin south-west, following the footpath alongside the main road (B166) as far as the Bichlbergweg turnoff. Here uphill to the right. Just before the Oberbichlhof make a left, continuing up across a meadow, and in a westerly direction through a forest to the Langeckalm (Stamp, 8 Points). Now turn right, enjoying a flattish hike to the Ostermaisalm (Stamp, 8 Points). Here, make a right an continue downhill (north-east) past the Buttermilchalm (Stamp, 4 Points), and along the Knablstallweg back to the start.
