First, go over a small gravel path (passing left of the terrace (toilet facilities, change and drinks vending machine) up towards the spruce forest.
There awaits the first station animal tracks. In the forest, continue walking to Greta's treehouse and the zip line, here it means Let's go!
Over a small climb and a trail, you reach a forest road. Along this path, there are interesting puzzle stations as well as the hanging ladder. Then continue to the water playground. There you can take a small break, have a snack, and learn interesting things about the life of a farmer. After the action at the water playground, head towards the larch forest. There, cozy hammocks and the photo point await you.
You will soon have completed the steepest part, then there is information about the old spruce and you can discover some "houses" of the animals.
Do you see the woodpecker tree? Please watch out for the ant hill, and guess which animal built which artwork? At the next station, the cone shooting wall, you can test your accuracy. Finally, cast your vote at the magic stone circle.

The forest adventure trail is suitable for children from 3 years and is NOT stroller-accessible.
By car to Hermannsreit parking lot (Gasthof Schmittenstüberl, Gaißau 177, 5425 Krispl)
Bus route 450 runs hourly from Hallein station to Gaißau Spielbergalm lift.
Get off there and walk about 15 minutes to the starting point Hermannsreit parking lot/forest adventure trail.
Parking fee car (up to 9 persons) day ticket € 4,-
Parking fee car with Tennengau Card day ticket € 2,-

Start and end point directly at the Hermannsreit parking lot (Gasthof Schmittenstüberl, Gaißau 177, 5425 Krispl - temporarily unfortunately closed)
Parking fee € 4,- coins only (coin change machine for 10 and 20 euro bills in coins in the foyer of the guesthouse, accessible via the
terrace. There are also toilet facilities and a drinks vending machine there.
Change of clothes for the children is advisable. Children like to linger a bit longer at the water playground.
Not only for the little adventurers is this path worth a trip. Also, an evening hike in the middle of nature in romantic togetherness is a perfect ending after a stressful day.
