From Lofer, you cycle along the Tauern cycle path, past St. Martin and Weißbach, until you reach the Schörhof guesthouse shortly before Saalfelden. From there, you go through the underpass and through the district of Lenzing, past beautiful farms, to Leogang. Now you cycle a bit uphill and come to the neighboring federal state of Tyrol, to the well-known biathlon resort Hochfilzen. Via St. Ulrich and the Pillersee, which invites you to swim in the summer months, you reach your starting point, the market town of Lofer, via Waidring again.
Lofer - St. Martin - Weißbach - Brandlhof - Schörhof - Lenzing - Leogang - Hütten - Grießen - Hochfilzen - Schwendt - St. Ullrich am Pillersee - Pillersee - St. Adolari - Waidring - Strub - Lofer.
In addition to a water bottle, we recommend sturdy footwear, warm clothing and rain protection, repair kit, first-aid kit, mobile phone, light, gloves, sunglasses, as well as some food. And of course, don't forget the helmet.

free of charge at the large parking lot Lofer (P2)

The Pillersee is about 15 kilometers before the finish and is ideal for a last break. From here, it goes back to Lofer without any further uphill altitude meters.
