Loop Molino dell'Avvocato - Piano Audi - Ritornato

In front of the chapel, the mule track (trail marker 412) begins, reaching Prere houses, then you cross the small road and continue to Fassero houses, where you walk on a cart track and then turn left onto the paved road, following it for a short stretch. On the right, there is a path leading to Fiorio houses, where there is a fountain. Continue on the path to a fork where you take the left to reach the paved road that leads to Piano Audi, where you can find a grocery store, a bar/restaurant, and a fountain.

Turn left to reach the church, turn right and then immediately left skirting the cemetery: follow the white-red signs to cross the large meadow and take the path descending into the woods. You pass an iron military footbridge and a small stone one, then start to climb again to the hamlet of Ritornato (fountain). Take the paved road downhill, pass a restaurant, until you take a mule track on the left that reaches Bastià houses. A small shortcut cuts a hairpin; then follow the downhill road until Rastler houses where you take the dirt road on the left to reach the Molino bridge.

For those who want, the route can start from Martiri square in the center of Corio: take the road to Piano Audi, shortly after take a mule track on the left that becomes unpaved up to a washhouse; then left to Abate houses, then on a path to the right to a small bridge. From there, descend on pavement to the road to Piano Audi: turning left you reach the stone bridge of Molino dell'Avvocato.

Recommended footwear with non-slip soles, wind/rain cover, a warm layer, hat.

The mule track sections in the woods can be slippery after rainy periods or in winter: pay due attention and wear appropriate footwear.

There are several water points along the route.

From Turin take the Caselle airport motorway junction, then continue to Ciriè and then turn right at Villanova for Corio.

At Molino dell'Avvocato there is a small area to park cars.

For those who want to extend the route a bit, or for large groups, in the center of Corio at Martiri square there is a large parking lot from which you can start the walk (see directions in "Directions to follow").
