AVU Alta Via dei Lupi | Stage 2 Mondovì refuge - Don Barbera refuge

From the Mondovì refuge, go up the valley to the Passo delle Saline at 2174 metres, descend into the Gola delle Saline, from here you descend meeting the two villages of Carnino Inferiore (1,359 m) and Carnino Superiore (1,382 m).Continuing, you arrive at the Gola della Chiusetta (1,800 m) where shortly after the valley opens up and the path leads between meadows and pastures to the Don Barbera refuge near Lago dei Signori at an altitude of 2,079 m.
