Arrival by train:
Lake Neusiedl is easily and comfortably accessible by train. Whether you come from Switzerland, Germany, western or southern Austria: You can change trains at Vienna main station in complete relaxation. The ÖBB regional trains take you to Neusiedl am See station in just under 40 minutes, where coordinated bus and train connections are also available towards Pamhagen / FertÅszentmiklós or Eisenstadt and Sopron. In most trains, bicycles can be taken along: In Railjet and EC/IC as well as in Nightjets, a reservation for your bicycle is absolutely necessary. On regional trains, your bicycle will be taken without reservation depending on the availability of bicycle spaces.
