Radeln for Family - Göstling an der Ybbs, route 1 to Hollenstein/Ybbs

From the tourism office in Göstling, you leave the town through the village and the park right next to the Ybbstaler Solebad. After crossing the road briefly, you are already on the Ybbstal bike path and follow it downstream. After just four kilometers, you reach Kogelsbach, the first small village with a rest and playground area. Five kilometers further, shortly before St. Georgen am Reith, a cozy rest area with drinking water in an idyllic location entices you. 

The section between St. Georgen and Hollenstein - the second half of the route - is one of the most beautiful sections of the entire Ybbstal bike path. It gives a slight Canada feeling - so close to the river, amid wonderfully green nature, surrounded by mountains. Luckily, there are repeatedly swimming or rest areas to relax and play by and in the water. 

The last meters and you already reach Hollenstein and can swim in the nostalgic riverside bathing area, play table tennis, and much more.
