Laufstrecke rund um Laimbach

The start and finish of the 6,270 m long loop are located directly at the Schreiners seminar and country inn. For most of the scenic route, we follow hiking trail no. 54.

We walk away in the direction of the sports facility on slightly ascending terrain. The first 1,600 m are easy to run, but there are slight ascents. Start at a measured pace. The route leads us in a north-westerly direction on mostly flat terrain.

Shortly before km 3, we cross the B 36 and the longest ascent of the route begins. Within 900 m there are around 90 m of ascent to conquer. Do not run too fast or take walking sections.

The highest point of the route is reached shortly before km 4. We now run in the middle of the forest, mostly on slightly sloping terrain. Take small steps and pay attention to the uneven natural ground.

After around 5.2 km, a wonderful view of Laimbach opens up on the left.
We run the last section on asphalt back to the start and finish point at Landgasthof Schreiners.
