This romantic route takes you along meadows, hunting lodges, and farms up to the Carinthian Storschitz. At the summit cross, you enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the impressive mountain landscape of southern Carinthia and the border area with Slovenia.
The path starts at the Seebergsattel (1,218 m). From here, you walk 1.3 km along the marker 608 of the Eisenwurzenweg to the two hunting lodges. There the path turns left and leads steeply through partly rocky terrain secured with steel cables to the summit (1,759 m).
