Starting point: St. Lorenzen northwest of the church (residential area) or follow the markings north to the edge of the forest, then turn left in wide switchbacks on the forest road or forest path. At the clearing Höller Hut first beautiful view of the Lienzer Dolomites, first break. After 20 minutes you reach the height of the alpine hut. Continue north to the Lacken cross. At this cross the paths diverge. To the right continue via the Modersteig to the Millnazensattel. Straight on until a gate where the high meadows begin. After about one hour, you reach the Riebenkofel junction, straight on to the Soleck. Ascent to the Soleck and then down a steep forest path to the Tuffbad and further to St. Lorenzen.

Starting point St. Lorenzen northwest of the church (residential area) or follow the markings north to the edge of the forest, then turn left in wide switchbacks on the forest road or forest path. At the clearing Höller Hut first beautiful view of the Lienzer Dolomites, first break. Walking time there 45 to 60 minutes. That is where the Lackenalm begins. After 20 minutes you reach the height of the alpine hut. A break at the hut is worthwhile. Continue north to the Lacken cross. There is a bench at this cross for a relaxing break. At this cross the paths diverge. To the right continue via the Modersteig to the Millnazensattel. Straight ahead goes on to a gate where the high meadows begin. This is also where the beautiful alpine flora starts. After about one hour you reach the Riebenkofel junction, straight ahead to the Soleck. Interesting are the hay huts, which are built into the mountain because of the avalanche danger. After another one and a half hours of walking time, you reach another junction where to the right it goes to the Soleck and to the left down to the Tuffbad.
Arrived in the valley floor of the Wildsender valley, walk another 10-15 minutes to the Tuffbad. In one hour you are back in St. Lorenzen, the starting point of this hike. The control stamp is located on the summit of Soleck.
