Starting from the barbecue area in the Pöllatal, along the paved road, turn left at the first bridge onto the forest road to the Lasörn hut (caretaker's hut: drinks and small snacks are available in the summer season) and then on to Lasörn lake.
From Rennweg, drive by car to the 1st parking lot (barbecue area) in the Pöllatal. From here, first hike along the paved road to the first bridge on the left and cross it. Continue straight ahead following the signpost No. 13 on a forest road. On the forest road, walk on a wide path that alternates with many curves and straights leading to the hut. From the Lasörn hut, a trail leads uphill to Lasörn lake. At the top, nature is still pure: alpine asters, mountain pine, and marsh marigold are just some of the plants found here. On the way back, follow the path No. 13 again to the Lasörn hut and then back to the 1st parking lot (barbecue area) in the Pöllatal.
