Along the Kneipp Mirnock Panorama Route there are hand basins and barefoot pools with corresponding descriptions about correct water application, instructions for stretching exercises, encouragement for healthy living, some information about life order, a herb garden, descriptions of trees and plants, and much more. Numerous benches along the path invite you to linger and rest. A special energy emanates from the "places of power," which can be felt as tingling, pleasant warmth, or cold. In addition, 7 yoga/mindfulness spots invite you to focus and practice. Each one is individually designed – some with wide views, some protected by the forest.

the circular Kneipp Ring offers delightful views and passes over the “energy points” at Gschriet. It is possible to continue through the wood as far as Bergfried mountain hotel or you can enjoy a sauna at Koflerhof farm (Flaschberger family).
An important prerequisite for a successful hike is, besides carefully studying the map material, optimal equipment. Basic equipment includes sturdy, well-fitting hiking boots, as well as a water- and wind-resistant jacket and overpants (rain protection). Sunglasses, mobile phone, and first aid kit should also find the necessary space in a small backpack.
