The Millstätter Villenweg leads through the historic town center of Millstatt. 20 villas from the time when nobles from the Austro-Hungarian Empire built their summer residences here can be admired. These villas from the Gründerzeit (second half of the 19th century) shape the townscape and are marked with information boards. Most villas can only be viewed from outside as they are privately owned. In Villa Verdin there is the wonderful Caffè vom See in the Caffè Villa Verdin.
