Bookings can be paid in advance by bank transfer, on site with major credit cards or in cash (according to Italian law up to € 2,999).

Arrival & departure
Your room will be ready for use from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Kindly vacate it by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Please inform us by telephone if you are arriving after 18:00.

Single room supplement
Between 30 and 70% depending on room category

Dogs
Family members of the four-legged variety are welcome to stay in the suites on the first floor for a surcharge of € 40 per day. Out of consideration for other guests, however, they are not permitted in the restaurant, by the pools, in the play areas, in the sauna & spa area or in the garden. Guests wishing to bring their four-legged friends to dinner are free to reserve a table in the bar area.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival free of charge.
• Cancellation within 21 days before arrival: 80 % of the price of the luxury board.
• Late arrival or early departure: 80% of the total amount of the unused nights of your stay.
• Deposits will not be refunded, but will be credited to your account.

Room with breakfast
Upon request. A deduction of € 12.00 will be made from the price of the luxury board.
