The route runs mainly on lightly trafficked municipal roads and includes some kilometers beyond the border. From Faedis, you immediately climb to the hamlet of Canebola and continue beyond the Sant’Antonio pass towards Slovenia, up to Robidišče. From here, you quickly descend towards the Natisone and climb back up to Logje and Breginj, from where you take the road to the Ponte Vittorio/Most na Nadiži pass. You climb up to Platischis and the Zore farm, then a long descent takes you to the Cornappo valley and Nimis. From here, via the Strada della Motta, you reach the villages of Savorgnano, Primulacco, and Siacco, on the plain, from where you can enjoy the mountains of Benečija in their entirety. From here you return to Faedis.
From Faedis follow Canebola and then Slovenia. After crossing the border, you pass through the settlements of RobidišÄe, Logje, and Breginj. From the last village, follow the signs to Italy.
Upon reaching the Ponte Vittorio Emanuele pass, turn right towards Platischis and Taipana, then descend to Nimis, from where you take the so-called "Strada della Motta" to Savorgnano al Torre. From this settlement, through secondary roads, you return to Faedis.

This is a route with considerable slopes both uphill and downhill; it is necessary to be prepared.
The starting point of the route is located in the square of Faedis.
Buses operated by TPL FVG reach Faedis several times a day from the following places: Udine, Cividale del Friuli, Tarcento. It is advisable to check transport availability on holidays.
Piazza I Maggio has a large parking area.
