A warm welcome to your stay at our Mountain & Lake Holiday Oasis – "Ferienoase Berg & See".

Our new, lovingly furnished holiday apartment with terrace and garden awaits you in a sunny hillside location at 606m above sea level, with a view of gentle hills, the Gerlitzen Alpe and some tips of the Julian Alps.

A small refuge for relaxing days alone, as a couple or with a small family. The apartment is also ideal for longer stays.

• spacious living area with kitchen, dining area and cozy sitting area

• one bedroom with box-spring bed, walk-in closet and space for our free children's bed up to 3 years - a second compact travel cot for small children would also fit in
• a sofa bed in the living area for 1-2 people

Feldkirchen Ktn. is a charming district capital with short distances, excellent infrastructure for daily life - the main square, a weekly farmers market and restaurants, stores of all kinds are within walking distance. Walking and hiking trails into the countryside start right at the house. The town and region offer countless leisure opportunities to enjoy life. The summer is also characterized by a rich cultural offer.

Our location in the middle of the Carinthian lake and mountain world and in the Alpe-Adria region offers ideal conditions for varied activities for all generations:

• Hiking holiday - beautiful hiking areas with cozy huts in all directions incl. Nockberge Biosphere Park, Gerlitzen Alpe, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Hochrindl, Falkert, Simonhöhe, Turracher Höhe, Tscheppaschlucht.
• Bathing holidays at Carinthian lakes: unwind on and in the turquoise Wörthersee, on and in the idyllic Ossiacher, Maltschacher & Flatschacher lakes within a short driving distance, some with free beach access, SUP permitted
• Boat trips: relaxed round trips with the Ossiacher See or Wörthersee scheduled boat services or rent your own, combine a boat trip with a gondola ride up the mountain
• Exercise classes on site: free of charge in July/August, e.g. gymnastics, yoga, dance at many beautiful locations and lakes

Accessibility and mobility:

• Feldkirchen in Carinthia is located between Klagenfurt and Villach, our “Ferienoase Berg&See” is 1.5 km away from the train station. Direct trains to/from Vienna run 2-3 times a day, without changing trains. Long-distance trains also stop at Villach Hbf, Klagenfurt Hbf, Pörtschach and St. Veit/Glan with transfer options.
• The high-speed Koralm Railway has significantly reduced travel time between Graz/Vienna and Klagenfurt since Dec 2025, now only 41 min from Graz to Klagenfurt, and 3h 10min from Vienna! Since March 2026, Westbahn from Vienna has complemented the OEBB service to Carinthia, running 3-5 times daily with a stop in Pörtschach am Wörthersee, an 18-minute drive from us.

From the train stations Feldkirchen, Villach Hbf and Klagenfurt Hbf, the OEBB station shuttle takes our guests directly to our "Ferienoase Berg&See", bookable by phone or online with the OEBB ticket.
