Start at Lower Kapfenhardter Mill.
This second partial loop starts at the Lower Kapfenhardter Mill and follows the Eulenbach and later the Reichenbach to Unterreichenbach. Along the way, the barbecue area at Gaiemsee and later the water playground invite you to stop and relax. On the way back, we pass the Hunter's Hut and follow the Streuweg back into the mill valley.
This route has no specific signage but follows the well-marked trail network of the Black Forest Association.

Lower Mill (blue diamond) - Gutbrunnen - Unterreichenbach Talstraße (yellow diamond) - Klinge - Hunter's Hut - Upper Mill - Lower Mill

In the forest, always expect typical forest hazards such as uneven ground, roots, broken branches, etc. Pay particular attention on paths and steep terrain when hiking and place one foot deliberately in front of the other. Hiking poles are recommended for hikes with large altitude differences. Do not enter closed paths and forest areas! Respect the habitats of wild animals and stay on the paths.
From the north: Via the A8 from Karlsruhe towards Stuttgart, exit Pforzheim West, continue via Büchenbronn and Salmbach towards Schömberg. Just before Langenbrand, turn left to Kapfenhardt/Unterreichenbach. Turn right towards the mills after Kapfenhardt.
From the east: A8 Stuttgart towards Karlsruhe, exit Renningen. Drive on the L295 to Weil der Stadt. Continue via Bad Liebenzell to Unterreichenbach. There, turn left towards Schömberg and drive up the Reichenbach valley. Midway, turn right to Kapfenhardter Mill.
From the south: A81 from Singen towards Stuttgart, take the Herrenberg exit and drive on the L296 via Deckenpfronn and Calw to Hirsau. Continue on the L463 to Bad Liebenzell and Unterreichenbach. In Unterreichenbach, turn left towards Schömberg. Midway, turn right to Kapfenhardter Mill.

There are many parking spaces above the Kapfenhardter Mill along the road.
