Around Hofstetten

The start of the route is at the parking lot by the sports ground. From there it goes downhill on the bike path and after 300m at the exit of Hofstetten turn right into the industrial area "Mühlenmatten". 200m further, at the 4-way junction, follow the paved path.
At km 1.8 (MTB junction HS9) turn right towards Flachenberg into Bächlewaldweg, which shortly thereafter gets a gravel surface and leads uphill into the forest.
After 350m at the 3-way junction continue uphill in a left curve past the transmission antenna straight ahead until the fork at km 2.7. There go straight on following the forest road running parallel to the slope.
At km 3.8 (MTB junction MÜ2) turn right towards Flachenberg. After 1.1 km at the fork bear slightly right into "Hinterer Gährenbergweg" slightly uphill and at the location "Gährenberg" (km 5.9) turn left onto the unpaved path across the open area Fleischdielte.
At km 6.25 at the location "Fleischdielte" continue straight on the forest path along the edge of the forest and at the next 4-way junction bear slightly right.
At MTB junction MÜ8 (km 6.7) continue straight towards Flachenberg. The path becomes less paved until the location "Pfusbühl" at km 7.1. There (MÜ7) continue straight towards Flachenberg.
At the location "Flachenberg" (km 7.9) slightly turn left into a field path and shortly thereafter into the forest. At MTB junction MÜ9 (km 8.7) turn right towards Biereck on asphalt.
At km 9.2 pass Schlosshof continue on the paved road to the guesthouse Rössle-Biereck (km 11.3). 100m further at MTB junction EL18 bear slightly right towards Höhehäuser.
After another 200m bear slightly left onto the gravel path, which leads back into the forest, at the next fork bear slightly right.
On the open area "Am Schiessacker" (km 12.7) continue towards Höhehäuser Höhe and 500m later at the 3-way junction turn right.
100m further turn right onto the paved path, which is left again at the location "Lachen" (km 13.5). Here go straight on an unpaved path steeply uphill.
After 700m the steep ascent ends at the 4-way junction, where you turn left. At the location "Ob dem Pflughof" (km 14.6) turn left. At km 16.1 the Höhehäuser Höhe is reached. Here at MTB junction SU35 turn right towards Fehrenbacher Kreuz. After 200m continue on Hessenbergweg into the forest.
At km 18.6 at the location "Hesseneck" (MTB junction SU34) continue straight towards Fehrenbacher Kreuz, shortly thereafter on an unpaved path. At the location "Am Hessenberg" (km 19.1) turn left towards Hofstetten and 200m further half left, shortly thereafter descend on a broader forest path.
At Fehrenbacher Kreuz at km 21.1 go straight towards Haslach and 400m later at the location "Sommeracker" bear half left towards Dochbacher Platz.
At km 22.5 at MTB junction ST13 at a sharp angle turn right towards Haslach briefly along the forest edge. At the 3-way junction at the location "Galgenbühl" (km 25.6) turn right downhill to MTB junction HS2 (km 26.3) at the edge of Haslach. There continue straight to the location "Haslach Friedhof".
Here turn right towards Tourist Info into Kampfackerstraße. At the Opel dealer (km 26.8) turn left, 100m later at MTB junction HS1 turn right into Ringstraße towards Hofstetten.
At km 27.1 turn left into "Breite Straße" and shortly after at the traffic lights right into "Hofstetter Straße", which after another 250m is left over the small bridge.
At MTB junction HS9 at km 27.9 turn right on the familiar path back to the starting point of the route.
