The cosy apartment measures approximately 90 m² and is located on the first floor. It features a beautiful, large and sunny 28.5 m² balcony. The spacious living room with open-plan kitchen offers plenty of room to enjoy your holiday together. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom – ideal for children – has two single beds, a wardrobe and beautiful hand-painted wallpaper. Both the master bedroom and the living room have direct access to the balcony.

The surrounding area is perfect for short and long walks through the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine. Popular excursions include Lai Nair and Avrona. The Swiss National Park is also nearby.

The valley station of the mountain railways can be reached by bus in only five minutes. Public transport is free of charge in both summer and winter. The Martina–Scuol cross-country ski trail can be reached in seven minutes by car. The Gurlaina ice rink and football field are only a ten-minute walk away.

Shopping facilities are available in nearby Scuol, just five minutes away by car or post bus. The impressive Tarasp Castle can be reached in approximately six minutes. The historic Vulpera outdoor pool is only 150 metres from the apartment. Right next door, Hotel Villa Post welcomes guests to its cosy Palatin restaurant.
