This luxurious holiday property is truly unique in the Engadine and throughout Graubünden. Chasa Flöna is located above Scuol, in a secluded setting directly on the valley run of the Motta Naluns ski area. Enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. A house unlike any other in the Engadine! In winter, you can start your skiing or sledging adventure directly from the doorstep.

After an active day, relax in the wood-fired hot tub or unwind in the steam bath. The outdoor area features a comfortable lounge with a fire pit, a barrel sauna, a wood-fired barbecue, deck chairs and a spacious covered dining area, which can also be used as a winter garden during the colder months.

The house offers a spacious living room with a large sofa, a kitchen with a dining table that can be extended if required, one bedroom with bunk beds and two bedrooms with double beds. One of the double bedrooms features a bathtub in the room with spectacular mountain views. Additional amenities include a ski room with boot dryer, a bike storage area with charging facilities for e-bikes and parking directly at the house during summer.

We recommend arriving with a 4x4 vehicle. During winter, guests are transported to and from the house by shuttle service, as the property is not accessible via a regular road. The shuttle costs CHF 80 per trip.

Shopping facilities can be reached in approximately 45 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car. In winter, the house can be accessed directly from the Motta Naluns valley run. Arrival and departure transfers cost CHF 45 per trip; additional transfers can be arranged upon request.
