Smučišče Paganella - Andalo

The Paganella ski area has modern ski lifts, fully connected, with an hourly capacity of 30.000 people: 5 gondolas,11 chairlift and 5 tapis roulant for beginners.
The Paganella ski area is able to meet the requirement of every kind of skier thanks to our ski-practice- areas, to the easy and middle difficult slopes and to the slopes for expert skiers.

The snow-making coverage grants full skiable slopes from December to of the end season with the snow programm present on the 100% of the ski area, and professional in preparing ski sloper thanks to the professionalism.

Paganella Ski is part of the "Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta".

Next to the Andalo Sport Center the croos-country skiers can find two circuits: a ring of 3 km, surrounding the lake, arificially lighted till 09.00 p.m. and a second ring of 5 km, winding in the wood.

Altopiano della Paganella
Located at a strategical position, at 18 km from the Brennero highway exit (S. Michele A/Adige) and at an altitude that varies from 800 to 1.000 meters, the Paganella plateau with the villages of Andalo, Molveno and Fai della Paganella is the ideal base for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday for all ages.

Nature is the real attraction to discover and live during the whole year: the Paganella ski area, the magnificent peaks of Brenta Dolomites, the high mountain flora and animals of the Park Adamello Brenta, the spectacular view of the Adige Valley.

Andalo (mt. 1040)
Located on a wide plateau between the Brenta Dolomites and the Paganella massif, it offers a wide range of residential structures and a lot of sport facilities to satisfy any need and a lot of sport facilities.
The two lift departures situated in the centre of the village are really appreciated by the skiers, who can ski back directly to the center of the village.
The sport centre, which covers a green areal of 100.000 m² boarding the Natural Park Adamello Brenta, offers a wide range of sport activities and relaxing walks.

Fai della Paganella (m. 968)
Of the three is the nearest one to the highway exit (15 km). It lies on a natural balcony over the Adige Valley, surrounded on the back by the Fausior mount and the Paganella massif, the former famous for the orienteering trails, the latter for the ski slopes.
The wide meadows and the close woods together with the archeological site offer unforgettable promenades with spectacular view of the Adige Valley.
At Santel (m. 1030), about 800 mt from the centre of the village, there is a modern lift departure, as well as the slope back for skiers. In the village nice and comfortable hotels have not changed the typical mountain architecture.

Molveno (mt. 864)
Known as the "pearl of Dolomites", Molveno lies between the omonimous lake and the most famous peaks of Brenta Dolomites and at the first glimpse it captures and leaves the visitor with an unforgettable souvenir.
Molveno is the natural access to the Natural Park Adamello Brenta and to the most famous alpine routes and it is only 5 km from the lift departures.
The village, a typical example of mountain architecture, has mantained a warm and nice atmosphere.
In summer the sport center, located on the shore of the lake, offers a wide range of sport facilities.

Skipass Paganella
The "Skipass Paganella" is the lift pass which allows you to go skiing on the whole area of Paganella. You can find different kinds of tickets.

Skirama
The skiarea "Skirama" Adamello Brenta is a district which includes 340 km of pists slopes and 145 ski lifts. The "Skirama" lift-pass is a ticket which allows you to go skiing on most of the pists of the Western Dolomites (Adamello-Brenta Dolomites).

There are tickets valid five to fourteen days and by buying one of them you are allowed to go skiing for one day on the following areas: Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo, Folgarida-Marileva, Pejo; Tonale-Ponte di Legno, Monte Bondone, Folgaria - in addition to the chance of going to ski on the slopes of the Paganella area, whenever you like.

Super Skirama
Lift pass of unlimited validity on the following ski areas: Paganella, Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo, Folgarida-Marileva, Pejo; Tonale-Ponte di Legno, Monte Bondone e Folgaria.

Accomodations
The hotels and residences associated to the Consorzio are located in the three villages of Molveno, Andalo and Fai della Paganella.
The hotels are** or *** stars: nice and comfortable, new or recently built, they are run by local families and a special attention is paid to the cuisine.
Most hotels and residences have private parking and garden.
Residence : all recently built, with one, two or three rooms, common space and coin laundry service. All apartments with living-room, kitchen corner, bathroom, one or more bedrooms, phone, tv volor, some with safety-box, dish washer.

Ski school
With more than 200 instructors, the Altopiano ski schools offer helpful experts to introduce enthusiastic newcomers to the slopes . . .
. . . or to cross-country skiing (classic and skating), snowboard, carving, telemark or else to teach the more experts how to improve their techniques.

The ski schools organize also full day skiing for children with entertainment and lunch and special ski lessons through head-phone and video recording.

Beside skiing
During the winter season our villages offer various ski activities (carving, telemark, cross-country, ski-touring., alpinism and snowboard), as well as the possibility of excursions with snow-shoes or with sledges drawn by horses in direct contact with nature.
The Andalo Sport Centre and the indoor facilities of the Plateau provide swimming and skating all the year round.
