The Lucknerhaus proves to be the perfect starting point for unforgettable snowshoeing and ski touring adventures in the breathtaking Hohe Tauern National Park and around the majestic Grossglockner, Austria's highest peak.
Visitors can reach our establishment in summer and winter via the picturesque Kalser Glocknerstraße, where we welcome them with warm hospitality and excellent service.
In our cozy restaurant and on the sunny terrace, we offer delicious dishes of traditional cuisine, Tyrolean specialties, and homemade desserts throughout the day.
But Lucknerhaus offers more than just a prime location for outdoor activities; it also provides rejuvenating wellness facilities at 2,000 meters above sea level. Our wellness amenities include a sauna and a steam bath, where guests can unwind after an active day in the mountains.
Our rooms are comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day filled with adventure. Featuring modern amenities and stunning mountain views, they offer the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Prices:
Rates are per person per day and exclude local tax, which is €2.00 per person per day for ages 15 and above.
For dogs, there is a charge of €10.00 per day (up to 2 possible double rooms).
Short-stay surcharge for one night in a room is €3.00 per person (no surcharge in the dormitory).
A deposit is required.

In an Extra Room for up to 15 years: 20% discount
Half-board is available in the summer for stays of two nights or more.

Special Cancellation Policies:
For Mountaineers and Hikers:
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival is free of charge. Within 14 days of arrival, the guest will be charged an amount equal to the first night.
In case of bad weather, guests can reschedule for free up to 5 days before arrival.
For Longer Stays:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation from 29 to 7 days before arrival incurs a charge of 30%.
Cancellation within 6 days before arrival incurs a charge of 70% of the total stay.
No-shows will be charged 90% of the total stay.
