In the middle of the Zugspitz village of Grainau, our small, personally run holiday hotel nestles in the beauty of the Upper Bavarian mountain landscape - located on a quiet side street with a spacious, park-like garden and a breathtakingly beautiful view of the surrounding mountains such as Zugspitze, Waxensteine ​​and Alpspitze.

You can expect 36 lovingly furnished, comfortable guest rooms, a spacious holiday apartment in the annex building, a well-kept restaurant with a tiled stove lounge, our cozy "Salon Werdenfels" with fireplace and hotel bar and a beautiful wellness area with a 6x13 m swimming pool with counter-current system, Finnish sauna , bio sauna with color light therapy, steam grotto, experience showers, whirlpool, solarium, massage bed, cosmetics and massage.

Skiers have access to a ski room with a ski boot dryer.
All guests use WiFi free of charge in the hotel building.

There is enough space for the whole family in our spacious rooms with living area. Coloring children's menus, cots, high chairs, baby monitors and children's bathrobes are a given for us. The little adventurers will enjoy a children's bike or bike seat, a small playground, table tennis and free chess in our garden as well as a well-stocked games cupboard.

Room facilities:
All rooms are furnished in a modern country house style and are equipped with a spacious living area or comfortable seating area, balcony or terrace, flat screen TV, clock radio, telephone, minibar, room safe and hairdryer in the bathroom.
We provide you with bathrobes, bath towels and slippers free of charge for the duration of your stay. You will also receive a bottle of water (free) and a fruit basket (from 4 nights) in your room upon arrival.

Restaurant:
Our restaurant welcomes you with beautiful wooden paneling and elaborate carvings.
Strengthen yourself for your day at the rich gourmet breakfast buffet with a large selection of bread, cereal corner, juice bar, fresh fruit, sausage and cheese platters, salmon, a wide selection of jams and honey, warm sausages, freshly prepared egg dishes and house-brand Prosecco if desired .
In the evening you can choose from regional to international dishes from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
In the afternoon, enjoy coffee and cake in the Werdenfels salon.
