Gauertal AlpkulTour

Ride up on the Golmerbahn from Latschau to the Grüneck mountain terminal at 1890 m and head for the panorama restaurant for your first break. From there, the trail ascends slightly. Turn left at the fork towards Obere Latschätzalpe. Passing Obere Sporaalpe, well-marked trails on gently rolling terrain take you to Lindauer Hütte (1744 m), which is set scenically at the end of the Gauertal valley. From there, you can let your eyes wander to the Drusenfluh and Sulzfluh limestone massifs. To return, first descend through Porzalengawald forest to Untere Sporaalpe and Untere Latschätzalpe. At the fork, turn left down the winding track to the maisaess settlements of Wachters Dieja and Plazadels. The tour ends at the middle station of the Golmerbahn. Continue by cable car down to Latschau.

Bus No. 1 Schruns-Tschagguns-Latschau, stop at “Latschau Golmerbahn”

Auf der A14 bis zur Ausfahrt Bludenz/Montafon und weiter auf der Montafonerstraße L188 bis nach Tschagguns fahren. Über Tschagguns erreichst Du das erhöht gelegene Latschau. 

Lass Dein Auto doch einfach stehen

Die Landbusse verkehren im gesamten Montafon. Die Hauptlinien fahren im Halbstunden-Takt ab Bahnhof Schruns.

Anreise mit der Bahn ins Montafon 

Ab Bahnhof Bludenz verkehrt die Montafonerbahn im Stundentakt (teilweise halbstündlich). Es gibt auch Direktverbindungen aus Lindau (D) bzw. aus Bregenz.
