The third stage concludes the "Are they rocks or are they clouds?" itinerary with a route from Cibiana Pass back toward Belluno through some of the most characteristic landscapes of the Belluno Dolomites. The trail alternates between long scenic descents, valley sections and short climbs that accompany the return to the valley. The route follows secondary roads with little traffic, passing through small mountain villages, forests and open viewpoints over the Dolomite peaks. The pedaling is smooth in the second part of the day, with a faster pace that accompanies you progressively toward Belluno. It is a varied and scenic stage, ideal for closing the trip with a long immersion in the alpine environment and the tranquility of the Belluno valleys.
From Cibiana Pass we descend along SP347, continuing on back roads through forests and mountain villages following the Gran Tour trail, continuing southward along valleys to the entrance of the plains and finally following back roads to the center of Belluno, the final point of the tour.

In auto, invece, si parte da Pieve di Cadore e si imbocca la SS51 in direzione Valle del Boite. Raggiunta la zona di Valle di Cadore si seguono le indicazioni per Cibiana di Cadore, entrando poi nella strada provinciale
Il Passo Cibiana non è raggiunto direttamente da mezzi pubblici fino alla sommità, ma è comunque facilmente accessibile combinando autobus e salita finale su strada.
La soluzione più comoda con i mezzi pubblici è utilizzare il servizio di Dolomitibus, che collega la valle fino a Cibiana di Cadore. Da lì si prosegue poi su strada asfaltata fino al passo.
