From the center of Moena, climb towards the church of San Vigilio, then continue along the small road that vertically cuts through the Prato di Sorte. Alternatively, follow the main road until you reach the hamlet of Sorte. Cross it and continue climbing on an asphalt road with steep gradients until you arrive at the square of the Malga Panna restaurant. From here continue on a comfortable and panoramic road, still asphalted, which leads to the hamlet of Penìa. After a quick stop at Malga Peniola, get back on your bike and follow the country road that crosses the meadows to rejoin, slightly above, the forest road that climbs to Sas da Ciamp. Follow it to the left. The well-beaten path skirts the settlement from above and allows you to move to the opposite side. At the fork, take the path no. 517 on the left that descends rather steeply. Cross the wide clearing of El Prà and face a descent with a fair slope on a somewhat uneven path. Pass the old masonry hayloft at the edge of the forest. Follow the cobbled road that leads to Medil. Pass by the small church and cross the village. The municipal road, which has some steep sections, descends quickly towards the sports field of Moena. Return to the center passing through the localities Le Pegne and Navalge.
