Roero Bike Tour | Stage 4 Pocapaglia - Monticello d'Alba

From Pocapaglia follow the signs for the hamlet. Butchers and go down the town until you cross the provincial road 134. You then follow the provincial road towards Sommariva Perno for a few meters and turn right towards S. Ignazio.

Now follow the asphalted road with very low traffic flow towards the Case Nuove and Valentino localities.

Once you reach the town of S. Vittoria d'Alba, go along the castle (itinerary S4 starts from here and continue to Vezza d'Alba) and go back down the historic center to Piazza Bertero. From here you continue along Via Monticello and after a few hundred meters you turn left towards Ciabot Nogaris (private structure).

Having reached the top of the hill, continue along the ridge up to the Case Nuove / Gottino area, turn west and cross the stream and continue towards the locality. Pautassi. You then pass through the locality of S. Antonio di Monticello, turning between the houses (follow the S4 signs) to finally go up the hill and reach the Villa of Monticello d'Alba.
