Lunel station: Take Avenue du Maréchal Leclerc to reach the Ambrussum college. Continue on Avenue Louis Médard, passing the sports complexes until the D34 roundabout. Go straight ahead then take the left path and continue on the Mas de Paradis path, crossing the canal and LGV railway bridges. Continue to Mas de la Jassette, then follow the Vidourle towards the Ambrussum site.

Ambrussum site: Cross it, pass in front of the buildings to exit onto the road. After 200m, turn right then pass under the motorway tunnel, then left and right climbing on the paved road towards the center of Villetelle. Turn left to pass in front of the town hall square, and continue on Saturargues road for 500 m. At the roundabout, take left the Garrigues path, follow it straight through the subdivision to the Calvary of Combe Noire.

Calvary of Combe Noire: In a bend, pass in front of a calvary to take the Montpellier path. Continue on the main path, arrive in the woods, turn right then at the crossroads right again. Kermes oaks succeed conifers, at the top of a large avenue take straight ahead and continue on the main track still straight towards the D110.

D110 connection: Shortly before the D110, follow it on the right then cross it (Attention!!!). In sight of a reservoir, go down left. At the bottom, go right until the Vidourle, follow it towards the domain of La Roque. (Attention during flood period!!!) Continue on the right among the vineyards, then in a bend, turn left and at the olive grove take the left path towards Avenue des Cévennes.

Avenue des Cévennes: At the road, cross straight at the calvary, then take the tunnel under the D34 and follow it right towards Mas de Fontbonne. Pass it and continue straight on the path to the equestrian center. After 150 m, turn right onto a track between the vineyards, then climb the Prédaiau path and turn left to the calvary intersection.

Calvary intersection: Go down straight on Rue des Cigales to reach the Entre-Vignes Center. End of the first stage (accommodations, services, water points,...).
