Dive into the heart of Périgord Noir by exploring the GRP du Pays de Fénelon, a loop of
175 km loop offering total immersion in the beauty and history of the region. Follow signposted trails through picturesque landscapes, charming villages and a heritage rich in history. With 9 stages ranging from 16 to 23 km, each hike is designed to allow you to discover the entire trail easily and safely. Whether you?re an occasional hiker or a keen walker, this loop offers an authentic experience in one of France?s most unspoilt regions.
Shoes suitable for walking, water, a cap or hat, and clothing appropriate for the weather.
Before setting out, check the weather forecast and make sure you’re properly equipped. Bring plenty of water, appropriate footwear, and a fully charged phone. Stay on marked trails and adjust your route to your fitness level.
Access is via the local and municipal roads in the area. The hike starts in a rural area; follow the local signs to the indicated starting point.
