Access to the Ginsterkopf trail
Coming from the parking lot, we leave the shelter hut on the left and follow the green trail sign along the groomed trail and the winter hiking path
.
Ginsterkopf trail suitable only for experienced, highly fit cross-country skiers.
Address for the GPS: Petersborn 28, 59929 Brilon (then 200m straight ahead)
From the west: A1 to the Dortmund/Unna interchange - then A44 to the Werl interchange - then A445/A46 to the Bestwig-Velmede motorway end and further on B7 to Brilon, then towards Willingen, turnoff Petersborn
From the north: Hannover - A2 to the Bielefeld interchange - A33 to the Wünnenberg-Haaren interchange and then on the B480 to Brilon, towards Willingen, turnoff Petersborn
From the east: A44 Kassel to the Wünnenberg-Haaren interchange and then on the B480 to Brilon or exit at the Marsberg junction and then on the B7 just before Brilon, then towards Willingen, turnoff Petersborn
From the south: to Kassel and then on the A44 to the Wünnenberg-Haaren interchange or exit at the Marsberg junction and then on the B7 just before Brilon, towards Willingen, turnoff Petersborn
