Ring of the Passerella delle Cassandre

Simple walk in nature without straying too far from Sondrio. Brief overview of the historic districts Mossini, Arquino and Ponchiera. You climb from Piazza Vecchia along the Memory path and then from loc. Gombaro up to Mossini. Then continue through the stunning Passerella delle Cassandre at about 80 meters height over the Mallero stream where you can admire the gorge of the stream itself. From here proceed towards Ponchiera up to Castel Masegra from where you can descend the Ligari stairway down to Piazza Vecchia.
