Boceda - Strada dei Tedeschi (Germans’ path)– Beverino – Piana Battolla circular route

The Germans’ path is a route created by the Wehrmacht soldiers during world war II. This long itinerary on the right bank of the Vara river overlooks the same in several points and affords some breathtaking views. This is a flat route, where you can also ride your mountain bike: its shady path makes it pleasant in Spring and Summer as well. The presence of some large spontaneous shrub populations makes this area particularly interesting also from a botanical point of view.
