DH Apparizione – Livellato lines

Cross the village centre and join the track of the old tramway that, with constant gradient, takes you to the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora della Guardia: an imposing building, place of pilgrimage and good stop for refreshments. From the square of the Sanctuary go downhill southward and then take the road to the left, uphill, that leads to the Cappella dell'Apparizione. From there, descend the few steps of the short footpath and, at the end of it, follow the track to the left, across the slope, that marks the start of the exciting single-track known as DH Apparizione. It takes you back to the track of the old tramway. Keep pedalling for about 400 m, following the track that enters the woods on your right, and reach the fast and flowing single-track, called Pistini di Livellato that takes you back to the tramway track not far from a house. From there, in front of you, the last section of descent begins: an easy and exhilarating trail to practice your bike handling skills. Back on asphalt, go uphill for a couple of kilometres and you will soon be back to the start point.
