The sensory route is an ideal experience to share in the intimacy of the family. It is the ideal proposal to teach children to know, love, and respect mother nature.

The ARMONIA trail, set up in the enchanted Garbella forest, offers a moment of deep exchange and reconnection with nature of which humans are an inseparable part. Scents, shapes, colors, sensations, and sounds stimulate perception, increase vital energy and inner peace. The route should be done barefoot precisely to promote this journey from the outer world to the inner world.

Each yoga position should be held for 6-8 breaths and, if asymmetrical, repeated on both sides. 

Signage:

The sensory route is indicated by the cute bees distributed along the path. Meanwhile, the playful ladybugs indicate the stations for the yoga exercises.
