The tour starts at the boathouse on Obersee, where you’ll rent your scooter. From there, you’ll ride through the village to the valley station of the Arosa-Weisshorn cable car. You’ll take the cable car comfortably up to the middle station. With the Arosa Card, the ride is free; without an Arosa Card, you’ll need to purchase a ticket. Transporting your scooter is already included in the rental price.

The actual descent begins at the middle station. If you’d like to grab a bite to eat before setting off, the Brüggerstuba mountain restaurant is the perfect spot for a short break. The route then takes you past Arosa Bärenland and into the idyllic Arlenwald forest. On this varied trail, you’ll glide through nature toward Prätschli and on to Maran. From there, the route takes you back toward Arosa along a slightly steeper section. Soon you’ll reach the Obersee again and return along the shore to the boathouse, where you can conveniently drop off your scooter.
